Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any belts or name-bracelets as they are all custom-made - ALL SALES FINAL. Any other merchandise may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery in its original condition. View our complete Return Policy.

What are your shipping fees?

When will my order ship and how soon will I get it?
All of our items are handmade to order, therefore your order will require (2) full weeks to process. You should then receive the order in approximately (3) business days from the time of shipping, depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with tracking. We appreciate your patience.
